What stands out – both good and bad
A charming historic place with beautiful character and a rooftop terrace that offers stunning views. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, enhancing the experience.
Limited parking availability caused stress and confusion. The Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected.

The rooftop terrace provides a magical view of Teide and the sea, perfect for stargazing at night. Breakfast offers a delightful selection, from fresh fruit to made-to-order eggs, and the traditional architecture adds a unique charm to the experience.
Parking is a mess with only three spaces for fourteen rooms, often forcing guests to scramble for public parking not too close. Wi-Fi is patchy, with spots throughout the hotel that just don't cut it, and the room decor shows signs of being stuck in the past. Humidity creeps in due to the carpeted floors, making it feel stuffy, and you'll hear everything from the nearby rooms, which can disrupt your sleep. Plus, those lengthy passwords for room access? Not the best way to start a stay.

this hotel is really charming and has a lot of history. the location is perfect for exploring la orotava, and the manager jules is super helpful and always smiling. breakfast was great, lots of options and they even make eggs to order. the rooftop has an amazin view, especially at night. it's really quiet too, perfect for a relaxing stay.
the room was a bit hot with no way to open windows, and the parking situation can get tricky.

My stay in the Superior Twin/Double Room was really nice. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the bathroom too. it felt really classy. The added touch of a kettle and tea was a pleasant surprise! One downside was the patchy Wi-Fi, but honestly, I didn’t mind much since everything else was delightful.

Charming hotel with stunning views
I really enjoyed my stay at this charming traditional style hotel. The spacious room we were upgraded to had breathtaking views down to the sea and featured a lovely terrace with sun loungers. The breakfast was good, although it could have been better organized with more staff. it’s a fantastic option for exploring La Orotava, but I wish the parking situation was more straightforward.
